Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy- Please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee will be charged as usual. To avoid this, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel. 6 Session Package- Due to the discounted rate of these sessions, this is a non-refundable package. If you cancel one of the 6 sessions with more than 24 hours notice, then this session may be re-allocated to a later week. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, it will be considered as having been used.
