I offer a direct and focused approach to therapy, always rooted in warmth and respect. If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck in cycles within your thoughts, emotions, or relationships, I provide a solid, grounding presence. Together, we will untangle what feels chaotic and I will offer you fresh perspectives and insights that can help you to shift your understanding. This is a collaborative process, where you will be met with calm, safety, and a clear path forward.
I work integratively, combining Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems approaches. I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem and relationship issues, but I have also worked with many clients who are struggling with depression, suicidal ideation, loss and gender issues.
