I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to tackle challenges head-on and make tangible progress toward the outcomes that they want. Drawing on an Integrative approach that blends Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, I adapt my methods to each individual, creating a tailored plan that actively supports them in moving forward and achieving meaningful change
